Tal Y Cafn and Llanrwst line improvements
Network Rail have installed 8,000 of the 20,000 tonnes of rock needed to improve the Conwy Valley Line between Tal y Cafn and Llanrwst. This will help prevent large scale damage to the railway due to extreme weather and reduce the duration of closures for emergency repairs in the future.
